Event Detection System

The Event Detection system, an early warning system for monitoring drinking water, has breakthrough technology that will detect and alert on unknown water quality deviations. The system includes the Water Distribution Monitoring Panel, TOC Analyzer, and Event Monitor for comprehensive water quality monitoring and detection of water quality events caused by foreign agents, unidentified contamination and operational events. Complemented by CityGuard, a network portal designed to display and control monitoirng systems located throughout the city, utility managers will optimize the use of utility dollars while maximizing water quality protection.

The Event Detection System has the ability to learn water quality events unique to the water being monitored, empowering the system to log and alert users to new and recurring events.
